Workshops and SeminarsThe C.G. Jung Foundation presents
a daylong workshop led by Saturday, April 10, 2010 In his Foreword to the I Ching, C.G. Jung writes: Since a share in something great always arouses envy, the chorus of the envious is part of the picture. This all day workshop will use Shakespeare’s Othello, including movie clips and music from Verdi’s Otello, to differentiate envy and jealousy. We will try to understand what makes us vulnerable to these emotions and, ultimately, how they can lead to either destruction or transformation. Julie Bondanza, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with a practice in the Metropolitan Washington DC area. She is a graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute of New York, where she is member of the teaching faculty and past Curriculum chair. She is also on the faculty of The Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts, for whom she has frequently taught. She is a member of the Jungian Analysts of Washington Association, where she is a past Director of Education and where she is a frequent instructor.
